Dates are set for the 2012 Minnesota Hospice & Palliative Care Conference! This national-caliber conference will be held at the Hilton Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport – Mall of America Hotel beginning with a pre-conference Sunday, April 15, 2012 running through Tuesday, April 17, 2012.
Continuing Education Units
The conference has been designed to meet the Minnesota Board of Nursing and Minnesota Board of Social Work requirements for continuing education (up to 10.0 clock hours: Monday = 5; Tuesday = 5). The Board of Examiners for Nursing Home Administrators has approved Continuing Education. Unfortunately, CME’s are not available for the 2012 conference.

Speakers using PowerPoint Presentations are asked to submit them to emily@mnhpc.org no later than Friday, March 23, 2012.
