The Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition of Minnesota (PPCCMN)Serving Minnesota's Children The Pediatric Palliative Care Coalition of Minnesota (PPCCMN) is a collaboration of professionals and community representatives who want to improve pediatric palliative care in Minnesota. PPCCMN serves over 1,200 Minnesota children living with a life-limiting or terminal condition who could or who do benefit from pediatric palliative care services. PPCCMN includes representatives from the following facilities and institutions:
A goal of PPCCMN is to be a unified voice for providers offering pediatric palliative care. PPCCMN works with community networks throughout Minnesota including the Twin Cities, Duluth, Rochester, Alexandria, and St. Cloud.
