Hospice Provider Pre-Membership 

MNHPC hospice provider membership is available to licensed hospices in Minnesota. If your organization is in the process of being licensed, and would like to join MNHPC, we offer a pre-membership option. You will have access to MNHPC training and resources at the member rate. You will be included in MNHPC communications and can join MNHPC Committees. As a non-licensed entity, you will not have voting rights and won’t be included in the membership directory. MNHPC does not provide support for starting a hospice or establishing a license. The annual fee for pre-membership is $250.
